Every SEO tool
you actually need.
Free. No signup.
Frost Rank is a free suite of SEO and developer tools that helps you fix technical problems on a website without signing up for anything — from JSON-LD schema generators and meta tag builders to robots.txt validators, redirect checkers and an llms.txt generator. No accounts, no paywalls, no bloat. Just tools that work.
Popular toolsBuilt from actual SEO audits, not a content-farm wrapper.
Frost Rank started as a handful of internal scripts I kept rewriting during client SEO work — a JSON-LD generator here, a redirect chain checker there — until it made more sense to build them once, properly, and put them somewhere anyone could use for free. Every tool on this site solves a problem I've actually hit doing technical SEO and Laravel development for real client sites, not a feature list assembled by guessing what a "complete SEO toolkit" should contain. That's also why there's no account wall, no artificial usage limit, and no upsell hiding the one feature you actually need — most of these tools run entirely in your browser, so there's rarely a reason to gate them behind a server in the first place.
Built on the official specs, not blog summaries.
Every tool checks against the published standard or the search engine's own documentation, so its results match what Google and browsers actually do.
In practice that means Google Search Central, web.dev, schema.org, the IETF RFCs and OWASP, plus the standards bodies behind non-SEO tools, such as GS1 for barcodes and NIST for passwords. Each tool page links to the exact sources it follows, right next to the claims they support, and each guide goes deeper into the documentation behind its tool.
Built for people who ship fixes, not tickets.
Each tool is built to solve one job well — no logins, no upsells, just the output you need.
The toolkit covers the work that comes up again and again on real sites. For on-page SEO and structured data, there are generators for JSON-LD schema and for title, meta description and Open Graph tags. For crawling and technical SEO, there are tools to validate robots.txt and XML sitemaps, trace redirect chains, inspect HTTP response headers and create an llms.txt file for AI assistants. For development, there are formatters and validators for JSON and HTML, a Base64 converter and a live HTML/CSS/JS preview. And for everyday tasks, there are generators for QR codes, barcodes, passwords and invoices.

Same principle every tool here is built on.
A free tool site earns trust by being upfront about what each tool does and doesn't do, so every tool page explains exactly what it checks, where your data goes and what it can't tell you. A redirect checker shows every hop instead of a single pass/fail score, a validator explains why a line is a problem instead of just flagging it, and a tool that needs a server-side step says so before you use it. The four rules below apply to every tool, including the ones that haven't shipped yet.
Fast by default
Most tools run instantly in your browser using plain JavaScript — no spinner waiting on a backend queue, no rate limit counting down. The few that need a server-side step (checking response headers, following a redirect chain) still come back in a second or two, not a queued job.
No accounts, no paywalls
Open a tool, use it, get your output, close the tab. There's no signup wall between you and the thing you came here for, and no feature quietly moved behind a "Pro" plan a few months after launch. Free means free.
Built by a working SEO engineer
Every tool comes from a real fix on a real client site — a JSON-LD field I kept second-guessing, a redirect chain that turned out to be five hops deep, a robots.txt line quietly blocking an entire section of a site. None of this is a generic wrapper around someone else's API.
Runs client-side, stays private
Most tools process everything directly in your browser — the text, URL or file you enter is never sent to or stored on a server. The few that do need a server-side step say so explicitly on that tool's page, and nothing you send through them is logged.

Frequently asked questions
Completely free, with no paid tier planned. Every tool runs with no usage cap — there's no "first 5 free, then pay" model here. The site is supported by advertising rather than subscriptions, which is what lets every feature stay free instead of being split into a free version and a Pro version. The cookies that advertising uses are described in the Privacy Policy.
No. Every tool works immediately with no signup, no email capture, and no login wall. There is nothing to save to an account either: tools that produce something you keep, such as a QR code, an invoice or an llms.txt file, let you copy or download the result straight away, so the output is yours from the moment it is generated.
Most tools run entirely in your browser, so what you type or paste never reaches a server at all. The small number that do need a server-side step — checking HTTP headers, following a redirect chain, the Robots.txt Validator's optional fetch — say so directly on that tool's page, and none of them log or store what you send. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Most free tool directories are thin wrappers around a third-party API, built to rank for a keyword rather than solve a real problem. Every tool here started as something I actually needed while doing technical SEO or Laravel development work for a client, not a feature checklist assembled by guessing what a "complete toolkit" should contain.
Regularly — new tools ship as I run into problems worth solving properly, not on a fixed schedule. The Tools page always reflects what's currently live. New tools, guides and updates also appear in the site's Atom feed at /feed.xml, so you can follow along in any feed reader without signing up for anything.
Yes — use the feedback form on any tool page, or email hello@frostrank.com directly. Both go to a real person, not a support queue.
